Dr. Lawrence Dunegan, recorded here in 1988 by Randy Engel of US Coalition for Life and Dr. Stanley "Dr. Stan" Monteith of Radio Liberty recounts a lecture given by Dr. Richard Day in 1969. This recording may also be known as, "The Day Tapes," or, "The New Order of Barbarians." Dr. Day describes the coming "New Worldwide System," much of which appears to either have arrived or be well on the way. This four hour lecture covers depopulation, population control, and methods of enslaving and corrupting humanity which will be used by the powerful to control the masses making them fewer in number and powerless to resist.
